MinerOp was founded by Phill Gibson, a nearly two-decade Microsoft technology veteran with more than 25 years in the technology industry. He has spent his career architecting and deploying technology for the largest corporations in the world.
He kept watching local businesses buy expensive software that never quite fit, get locked into systems they couldn’t understand, and pay for tools too complex to be worth it. Small businesses deserve better than watered-down enterprise leftovers.
That became MinerOp. We provide Fortune 100 engineering for the businesses serving their communities, without the Fortune 100 price tag or complexity.
I’ve built and implemented technology for the largest companies in the world, and I’ve seen firsthand how the right investment in technology, implemented correctly, can have a huge impact on revenue.
Unfortunately, most small business owners don’t share that experience with the software and platforms they buy. It’s a familiar story, over-promised by sales and marketing agencies that are completely out of touch with technology, then left picking up the pieces and struggling to use a platform they’ve paid for that ultimately doesn’t meet their business needs. By the time they realize it, their hard-earned money is gone and the agency is nowhere to be found to help.
