MinerOp Front Desk · Free beta

Every call answered by someone who knows your business.

AVA (Advanced Voice Answering) is MinerOp’s Front Desk service. Real, US-based MinerOp team members answer your calls and texts Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern, using your own playbook. They book appointments, take messages and capture leads into your MinerOp CRM.

The beta is free for 60 days for selected businesses. Current MinerOp Phone customers are invited first. During the beta, AVA answers up to 50 conversations a month.

How it works

Your front desk, without the hiring.

Callers get a real person who knows your services. You get the booking, the lead and the notes in one place.

Your playbook

We learn your business first

You tell us your services, prices, hours, service area and how you want calls handled. That becomes the playbook our team works from on every call.

Live call cards

The right answers on screen

When your line rings, the team member sees a call card for your business with what to say and what to ask, so callers talk to someone who knows the business.

Into your CRM

Booked, noted and saved

They book appointments, take messages and capture new leads straight into your MinerOp CRM, so nothing lives on a sticky note.

Stay in the loop

A weekly summary and urgent alerts

You get a weekly summary of every conversation, and an alert right away when something can’t wait.

Good to know

What to expect.

Covered hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern

Our team answers in those hours. Outside them, your phone keeps working the way you have it set up today.

Recorded

Every call has a notice

Every call our team answers is recorded, and callers hear a notice first.

No card numbers

We never take payment details

Our team does not take card numbers over the phone. They book the job or take a message, and you handle payment the way you do now.

Works with MinerOp Phone

Needs a business line, not a seat

AVA runs on top of MinerOp Phone, so you need a MinerOp business phone line. It does not use up one of your team member seats.

Planned pricing

Two plans to start.

Monthly, on top of your MinerOp plan and MinerOp Phone. These are the prices we plan to launch with. Beta members try AVA free for 60 days first.

How does the free beta work?
The beta is free for 60 days for the businesses we select. Current MinerOp Phone customers are invited first. During the beta, AVA answers up to 50 conversations a month. The prices on this page are planned and could change before launch.
Which businesses is the beta for?
Small service businesses that book jobs and appointments by phone, such as auto shops, trades, movers, salons and restaurants. AVA isn’t currently available for healthcare practices that bill health insurance. Wellness businesses that don’t bill insurance, like massage studios, spas and salons, are welcome.
Can I call 911 from MinerOp Phone?
No. MinerOp Phone cannot call 911 or other emergency numbers, and it does not send your location to emergency services. Our Front Desk team cannot call 911 for you either. If a caller reports an emergency, they will tell the caller to hang up and call 911 from another phone. Keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies and make sure your team knows. Our terms of service have the details.
