- Can clients book online at any hour?
- Yes. Clients pick the service and a time from your real availability, day or night, and it lands on your calendar. Nobody has to pick up the phone.
- Can clients choose their therapist?
- Not today. Booking is by service: the client picks the service and the time, and you decide who takes it. If choosing a specific therapist or provider matters for your practice, talk to us. We want to hear how you book.
- Do reminders go out on their own?
- Yes, once you switch them on. Email and text reminders are on Growth and above, and text reminders need a business phone number.
- Can I take a deposit for longer services?
- Yes. Clients pay the deposit when they book, and the card stays on file for checkout. Deposits need a connected processor: Square, Clover, Stripe or PayPal.
- Can new clients fill out an intake form?
- Yes. You build intake forms with your own questions. Signed consent forms are not built yet, so keep your current consent process for now.
- Can you move my clients over from the booking tool I use now?
- We do not have an automatic import from other wellness booking tools today. Talk to us before you switch, and we will tell you plainly what moving would take.
- What does it cost?
- Plans start at $49 a month for one team member. Growth is $99 for up to 3 and adds reminders, Professional is $199 for up to 10, and Business is $349 for up to 25. The business phone is an add-on. Compare every plan.
