Phone prices are monthly on both monthly and annual plans. Every number has a one-time $99 setup fee, which covers the number and its texting registration. Each extra number is $49 a month, and a toll-free number is $69 a month.

Spam call protection is on every phone plan. Call recording and a call menu start at Phone Plus. Call Assist comes with Professional and up, or with the front desk add-on.

MinerOp Phone can’t call 911 or other emergency numbers. Keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies. Read the terms.

Campaign and automatic texts over your allowance are 2¢ each on Phone, 1.8¢ on Phone Plus and 1.5¢ on Phone Pro. Long texts and texts with emojis count as more than one. Unlimited covers normal conversations with your customers, not campaigns sent one at a time.

Do you charge per user?

Your whole plan is one price. Each plan includes a set number of team members: Starter covers one, Growth up to three, Professional up to ten and Business up to twenty-five. When you need more people, you move up a plan.

What does the annual price mean?

Annual shows the discounted monthly-equivalent, billed yearly. Monthly shows the base price and can be canceled at any time.

Is there a free trial?

No. A trial usually runs out before anything is set up. Instead, a real person calls you within one business day and sets MinerOp up on your own business with you: your site, your booking and your payments, and your customers brought over if you are coming from other shop software. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-time setup fee for building your account, billed separately from your plan. Ask us and we will tell you what it is for your business. Starting a new business? The Business Bootstrap is $1,299 one time and replaces the setup fee.

Is the website included, or is that extra?

Included from Starter upward, along with online booking, scheduling and payment setup. It is one price for the platform rather than a separate website bill.

Are appointment reminders included?

On Growth and above. Email and text reminders are off until you turn them on, and text reminders need a business number.

Can you move my customers over from my old software?

From the shop software we support, yes: we bring your customers and their vehicles. QuickBooks connects on Growth and above. Using something else? Talk to us before you switch and we will tell you exactly what comes across.

Is a business phone included?

Business phone is an add-on to any plan, from $49 a month, and Enterprise includes it. Every phone plan has unlimited calls and texts with your customers and spam call protection. The tiers differ in how many campaign and automatic texts you can send each month, plus call recording, a call menu, bulk texting and a second number on the higher tiers.

Can I call 911 from MinerOp Phone?

No. MinerOp Phone cannot call 911 or other emergency numbers, and it does not send your location to emergency services. Keep a mobile phone or landline for emergencies and make sure your team knows. Our terms of service have the details.

What is in the Business plan that Professional does not have?

A loyalty and rewards program for your regulars, which we switch on and set up with you, switching between locations in one login, your own branding with no watermarks, and up to twenty-five team members.
