- Do you charge per user?
- No. Plans include a team size rather than a per-seat fee, so adding people does not start a meter. Starter covers one team member, Growth up to three, Professional up to ten, and Business up to twenty-five.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. Your customers, jobs and history are exportable at any time. There is no lock-in and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
- What does the annual price mean?
- Annual shows the discounted monthly-equivalent, billed yearly. Monthly shows the base price and can be cancelled at any time.
- Is the website included, or is that extra?
- Included from Starter upward, along with online booking, scheduling and payment setup. It is one price for the platform rather than a separate website bill.
- What is in the Business plan that Professional does not have?
- The MinerOp Business Loyalty Program, a multi-location dashboard, your own branding with no watermarks, and a larger team size.
